Many young people dream of having a carrier as a model, but only few of them can achieve this objective. But it is not only a question of look and talent.

Whereas in other sectors, there are numerous possibilities of formations and trainings. In the model sector, young people are widely left alone on their way to get a model.

Scarcely anybody assists the newcomers and prepares them for their model career in a professional or personal way.
In collaboration with leading model agencies, STAR CAST developed a concept, which qualifies young talents for their occupation, boosts them and guides them professionally.

The concept includes also the introduction of the participants to the model agencies. 

Agencies, which take sector competence as well as responsibility for their young talents as granted. For which their membership in VELMA – a controlling body of licensed model agencies vouches.
